It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of James Helt. James and his wife Sandra were regulars at our Chapter meetings. They were both awarded the Henry Knox medal in 2025 for their support of the San Diego Chapter.
James Funeral service will be held at Miramar National Cemetery on Tuesday, July 28th at 12:30. Our Color Guard will be the Honor Guard and members are invited to attend.
There will also be Masonic service on Wednesday, August 12 at 11:30 am at the Scottish Rite Temple.
James Helt looks on as his wife, Sandra, is presented with the Henry Knox medal for her many years of attending Chapter meetings and events. He is holding his medal that was presented for the same reason. Both had earned the America250 Bronze medal as well.
