
Our excellent Color Guard
We held the San Diego’s Chapters final meeting of 2024 on November 16th and enjoyed an excellent turnout for our final meeting. We presented lots of awards and had two outstanding speakers. We are looking forward to 2025 and after our January 18th business meeting we will once again host the very popular George Washington Birthday Dinner at the Green Dragon on February 22.

We welcomed our newest member, Zack Polanco whom has expressed an interest in becoming very active in our Chapter.

Special Agent Stacy Moy, Special Agent in Charge of the San Diego Office of the FBI will be recalled as one of our most memorable speakers.

Stacy and Marie Charron, who is active in the Federal Bureau of Investigations Citizen Academy and spoke about that organization both were presented the SAR Law Enforcement medal.

Robert Fagaly was presented the Bronze America 250 Medal.

Ben Hobbins (and Ashley) were presented a Certificate of Appreciation by CASSAR for their work on the Patriot Grave Marking project.

Talbot Hayes, Fire Chief – Fire Management Officer, Cleveland National Forest was presented with the SAR Fire Safety Medal.
