Jim McAdory and Michael Hirman attended the San Diego Chapter of DAR’s Annual Meeting to award outgoing Regent Michele Johnson with SAR awards. Michele has worked with our chapter on a regular basis during her two year term as Regent.
For her efforts and leadership with the Boston Tea Party and George Washington Birthday Dinner, we awarded her the Martha Washington Medal. She also was presented an American 250 Certificate.
Judith Reale is the incoming Regent however Michele will remain active in SDDAR’s actvities.
