Those of us that were lucky enough to have known Fred will sorely miss him at our CASSAR meetings and his influence on SAR. Fred was a wealth of knowledge and was always willing to share with our members and provide assistance in their research efforts.
We had hoped to have Fred visit San Diego and hopefully attend one of our events this year.
