PO2 Lina A. Vo from Chief (MCM-14) Division, was presented the CASSAR Outstanding Sea Cadet of the Year at a special youth luncheon at the CASSAR annual meeting in Sacramento on Saturday, April 23. This was the first time that the CASSAR Outstanding Sea Cadet of the Year award was presented at the CASSAR Annual Meeting Youth Luncheon according to Bill Nay, Chair CASSAR NSCC/NLCC (Sea Cadet) Committee.
PO2 Vo represents the San Diego Chapter as their Sea Cadet of the Year.
